Club members joined Mayor Steve Pougnet and Chelsea Clinton as part of the 2015 Clinton Foundation Day of Action in Palm Springs. More than 100 volunteers from the community gathered at the James O. Jessie Highland Unity Center to work on painting projects and to plant 20 fruit trees on the grounds of the community center. The orchard, named in honor of Chelsea Clinton, will serve as a lasting, growing and bountiful part of the community. Residents of all ages participated in the event sponsored by the City of Palm Springs, Desert Regional Medical Center, the Desert Regional Hospital District and others. The Rotary Club of Palm Springs participated by collecting athletic shoes and equipment and bicycles to be distributed to local kids.  Pictured:  Barry Boyd, Nadine Koehler, and Thomas Smith, Club President.

Welcome to The Rotary Club of Palm Springs!

Thanks so much for visiting our website.  We are a group with a sincere desire to make a difference locally and around the world, and hopefully have a little fun along the way.  Each week we come together for fellowship and to learn more about our community from our wonderful guest speakers.  If you live in our area and would like more information about our Rotary club send me an email and participate in one of our community service projects or have lunch with us.  If you are a visiting Rotarian for a few days or a few months, we invite you to attend our luncheon meetings held each Wednesday at Noon.
